Insurance

I use the Grow Therapy platform to file insurance for my clients, in-person and online.  Many commercial insurances are accepted.  Please visit my Grow Therapy profile HERE to verify your insurance coverage, and get started today!  (Insurance does NOT cover the Spark ADHD Coaching & Neurofeedback program - your HSA or FSA may though, and we take Care Credit and all major cards.) Unfortunately, I cannot accept Medicaid plans as they require the provider to work for a community agency. 

If I am not a provider IN NETWORK with your insurance through Grow Therapy, i may still be able to help you if you have OUT OF NETWORK benefits with your insurance plan. You can submit a Super Bill to your insurance for possible reimbursement.  You can request a "Super Bill" from Grow Therapy, which lists your diagnosis code, dates of service, service codes, and your information for them to process to determine reimbursement.

If I cannot accept your insurance through Grow Therapy, you are considered a CASH PAY client.  Cash pay is transparent, easy pricing with no surprises.  Rates are below.

Payment is due at the time of service, not when scheduled.  

Cancellation & No-Shows:  I understand life happens, and you may need to reschedule or cancel a session from time to time. I am able to be flexible within reason. This will be discussed at intake.

Please cancel or reschedule within 24 hours to avoid a cancellation/no-show fee.  After 2 no-shows with no communication, a client may be terminated for lack of commitment to the process and lack of progress.

FEES:

Intake: $100

30 Min Session: $50

45 Min Session: $75

60 Min Session: $100

*30 Min Session is reserved for child clients only. A standard adult session is 45 - 60 Min and an intake is 45-60 Min.

Most FSA and HSA cards are accepted at check out with Grow Therapy.
